POP is small and grows city by city, so a list of team photos would soon be out of date. Our team structure does not change. It shows who is responsible for what you read.

City coordinators
One or more in each city. Only they visit a property in person before it is listed.

Admins
They read a coordinator's notes and decide whether to publish. Only this step makes a listing public on POP.

No one approves alone
A coordinator cannot approve their own visit, and an admin cannot approve a property they visited themselves.
The rule our software follows
This is not just a written policy. It is a check in our code. If you try to approve a listing you visited yourself, the system stops you with this exact message.
You visited this property, so another admin has to approve it.Where we are today
