The job behind every stamp on the site. This is what “POP visited” really means.
Visit the plot
First, go to the property and check that the map pin matches it.
Match the photos
Check that the owner's photos show this property, as it is today. Note anything that does not match.
Photograph it honestly
Take photos in daylight, with no filters or wide-angle tricks. Show what a buyer would see when they walk in.
Write clear notes
Your notes go to an admin who did not visit. You cannot approve your own visit, so the admin depends on what you write.
