How we check every listing before it goes live.

Anyone can post nice photos of a flat. On POP, no one sees it until one person visits the property and matches the photos. Then a second person reads their notes.

Five steps. None can be skipped

Pick a step to see who does it, what they check, and whether people can see the property yet.

Who

The owner, agent or builder

Details, photos and documents are added, for free. The property waits in a queue. It does not go on the site.

In search? Not yet

What is checked

  • A plot cannot even be submitted without its survey number
  • Agents and builders cannot post until their own account is approved

Rules our software never breaks

These are not just promises. Each one is a check in our code. If someone breaks a rule, the system stops them with the message shown.

No one verifies their own property
You cannot verify a listing you posted. Another coordinator must visit it.
No title deed, no verified plot
A land listing needs its title deed uploaded before it can be verified.
No approval without a visit
That listing is not ready for approval. It still needs a site visit.
Two people, every time
You visited this property, so another admin has to approve it.

When you enquire

We save your enquiry with the property before you get the owner's number.

Recorded first

It gets a number like POP-L-0042, linked to the listing you asked about. So we can follow up, and it will not get lost.

Then the number

The owner's number is never on the page, not even hidden in the code. You get it only after the enquiry is saved, for WhatsApp or a call.

Followed up

The enquiry moves through each stage: contacted, visit booked, visited and negotiation. So it is not forgotten.

Usual first reply time

Not shown yet. We will show it once we have answered enough enquiries for the number to be useful. A quick reply to three people is not a promise.

What verification is not

The stamp shows what someone saw on a certain date. Here is what it does not cover.

Not a legal check of the title

Before you pay, ask a lawyer to check all the old documents and the encumbrance certificate at the sub-registrar's office.

It is for one date

A property visited in March is shown as it was in March. Every listing shows the visit date.

POP is not part of the deal

The agreement is between you and the owner. POP does not buy, sell or rent the property.
