Sell or rent here, and buyers will trust your listing.

We visit every POP listing before anyone sees it. So buyers who call you already trust it. Here is what you need, and what happens after you submit.

The form, screen by screen

A few short screens. You can go back to any screen before you submit. Nothing goes live until a coordinator visits.

  1. Screen 1

    About the property

Sale or rent, the kind of property, the city and locality, and a pin on the map.

Tip: Drag the pin onto the exact building or plot, not the nearest landmark.

  2. Screen 2

    Property details

Size, rooms, floor, age and what comes with it. For land, the survey number and approvals.

Tip: Use the unit in your documents. The page converts it for buyers who use other units.

  3. Screen 3

    Pricing

The price, deposit and maintenance, whether it is negotiable, and any brokerage.

Tip: A price a little above what you expect to get looks honest. A rough round number does not.

  4. Screen 4

    Photos and documents

Photos, and any papers you have.

Tip: Photos up to 25 MB each. Documents can be a PDF or just a photo of the paper.

  5. Screen 5

    Your details

Your name, your number and how you prefer to be contacted, and a description in your own words.

Tip: Write it in your own words. Say what a visitor would want to know.

After you submit

The property is not public yet. This is what happens, in order.

  1. It waits for a site visit

It is saved in your account, but no one else can see it. A coordinator from your city will fix a time to visit.

  2. Someone visits it

The coordinator visits the property and matches your photos with what is really there. If something does not match, we tell you what and why.

  3. A second person approves it

An admin who did not visit it reads the coordinator's notes and approves it. Only then is it published.

  4. Buyers find it, and call you

It shows in search with the POP stamp and the visit date. Each enquiry is saved first. Only then is your number shared.

While you wait, you can

  • Correct the details, or the price
  • Add or replace photos and documents
  • Delete the listing if you change your mind

When it sells or rents

Tell your coordinator. They will mark it sold or rented, so it is removed from search and people stop calling.

Or delete it yourself. Deleting removes the listing with its photos and documents. This cannot be undone.

For agents and builders

Your account is approved first

A coordinator checks agents and builders before they can list. This keeps everyone on POP responsible. Until then, the form will not accept a listing.

Many units? Start with a project

Add the tower or layout once, with its address, approvals and amenities. Then add each flat or plot to it. If the project is visited, units do not need their own visit. But each unit still needs an admin's approval.

Questions people ask

See all answers
What do I need to list a property?

You need a price, the area and its unit, the six-digit PIN code, and a pin on the exact spot on the map. The form will not accept a listing without them. For a plot, you also need the survey number, and its title deed must be uploaded before the visit can pass. The Selling guide has a checklist for each type of property.

What does it cost to list?

Nothing for owners. Listing and the visit are free. Agents and builders can choose a paid POP partner plan for more listings, projects and homepage spots. No plan can buy the POP Verified badge or skip the visit.

How long until my listing is live?

It goes live after a coordinator visits it and a second person approves it. We have not measured the usual time yet, so we do not give one here. If yours is taking long, contact us and a person will tell you its status.

Can I change my listing after submitting it?

Yes. From Your properties you can correct the details or the price, add or replace photos and documents, or delete the listing.

I am an agent or builder. Why can I not post yet?

A coordinator checks agents and builders before they can list. Until then, the form shows a message and will not accept a listing. This keeps everyone who lists on POP responsible. Owners listing their own property do not need this step.

I have a whole tower or layout to list. Do I add every unit by hand?

Start with a project. Add the building or layout once, with its address, approvals and amenities. Then add each flat or plot to it. If the project is already visited, each unit does not need its own visit. But every unit still needs a second person's approval before it goes live.

I have many properties. Can I add them all at once?

Yes. Go to My properties, or Listings in POP CRM, and choose Bulk upload. Download the template, fill one row per property, and upload it. We check every row first and tell you what to fix. Each property still gets a POP visit before it goes live.

It has sold. How do I take it down?

Tell your coordinator. They will mark it sold or rented, so it is removed from search and people stop calling. You can also delete it yourself from Your properties. This removes the listing with its photos and documents. It cannot be undone.
